Intuit's QuickBooks Pro has a ton of excellent features. QuickBooks Pro is a customizable accounting program and you can customize it to fit your type of business. For example, product based or service based. QuickBooks Pro accounting software will meet anyone's standards when it comes to business needs.
You can import data from Quicken, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
You can accept credit card payments
Up to five of your employees can work simultaneously on QuickBooks Pro
Ease of Use: 5 stars
QuickBooks Pro is user friendly and the ease of use is excellent. Navigation toolbars make it simple for you to move around the program. One of the main toolbars gives you an easy route for the tools you will need. Clicking on the toolbar, a popup menu will appear. This popup menu shows you how to use the program and the order you need to do it in. The installation was also simple and fast. QuickBooks Pro runs on Windows Vista without a problem. Setting up your company will be easy.
Help and Support? Five out of five stars
Help and support is simply unsurpassed. This section has easy to use search and navigation tools, with the ability to type in a topic and receive a list of tips. The program also includes a help button in the quick help menu, and a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ section).
How Does Accounts Receivable Rate? Five out of five stars
Account Receivable tools can be found in the Customer Section of QuickBooks Pro. The drawback of this tool is you cannot create estimate shipping costs or recurring invoices.
Accounts Payable: 5 Stars
This section of the program is available in "Vendors." You can use inventory tools here, and you can also take care of any other Accounts Payable-related tasks.
Payroll: Five stars out of five
QuickBooks Pro's employee section is where you can find the Payroll feature such as direct deposit.
Inventory: Gets for out of five stars
To find this section in QuickBooksPro, it is located in one of the upper toolbars under item. Service and item management is done here for your company. You are allowed to create inactivate items, costing methods and drop shipments. Some of the features in the inventory section are included in the vendors section such as inventory assemblies and adjustments.
Banking: Four stars out of five
This feature is useful, but existing checks can't be voided in this software.
Time Billing: Four out of five stars
This section is in the employee section and gives you the ability to track weekly or daily time. You can also use an included timer with this feature.
Job Costing: 4 Stars
You'll find Job Costing under the customer section, and here, you can create job estimations, track jobs, and set jobs. You can also specify whether jobs are inactive or active.
General Ledger: five out of five stars
You can find General Ledger in the Company section. With this function, set budgets, view account charts, manage money, do business planning, and participate in other business-related features.
Fixed Assets: 3 Stars
The program does not include a list of fixed assets; they are is a list of company assets, but not fixed assets. Instead, this particular feature has been overlooked.
In general, QuickBooks Pro is excellent software to help you run your business seamlessly, even if you don't have a head for accounting. Even though it's not perfect, it does offer a lot of advantages that will help you satisfy any accounting needs of your business.
