You should try to eliminate alcohol, coffee, sodas and juice and replace these with water. Usually, the body feels lethargic when it is dehydrated so drink lots of water to keep the body cleansed and energetic.

Increase the amount of fiber in your diet to help your digestive system and to keep it clean and healthy. Make sure you are eating enough fruits and vegetables every day. Dieticians and doctors recommend at least five servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
